Now a days, due to the shortage of electricity or power failure many industries face hudge problems. To over come these, Central Govt. has sanctioned co-generation plants, to many industries, to be self sufficient for their electrical needs.
 
1.Location of conveying :- For Bagasse based Boiler to convey the Bagasse from Bagasse Elevator and existing RBC to new Boiler and From Bagasse storage yard to boilers to generate electricity.
 
2.Scope of supply :- This system includes Turn key job of design, engineering, manufacturing supply erection and commissioning with all electrical equipments.
 
3.Belt Sizes :- 500 mm to 2200 mm
 
4.Chain Conveyor :- 800 to 2000 mm effective width of chain and Slat conveyor.
 
5.Capacity :- Starts from 5 TPH to 150 TPH respectively.
 
6.Power Generated :- 10 MW to 52 MW.
 
7.Design :- System designed as per IS: 11592 and structural material (Belt, pulleys, idlers etc.) as per IS standards.

IS 11592(2000): Code of practices for the selection and design of the conveyor.

 
IS 1891 : Specification for rubber conveyor part-1.
IS 477 : Specification for the troughed Belt Conveyor for surface installation part I and II ( For under Ground).
IS 7155 : Code of the Practice for the Conveyor Safety.
IS 8466 : Bagasse Carrier Chain.
IS 8531 : Specification for pulley for Belt Conveyors.
IS 8598 : Specification for the Idlers for Belt Conveyors.
IS 14206 : Mechanical joining of plied textile reinforced Rubber Conveyor.
IS 1554 : PVC insulated Cables.
IS 3043 : Code of Practices of Earthing.
