Belt conveyors (Portable).

Size

:

50 feet, 30 feet and 20 feet lengths.

Frame 

:

M.S. fabricates frames out of M.S. angles and steel tubes. Steel structure of the conveyor frames in design considering the full load. For 50 feet length Belt Conveyors Steel structure will be out of 2” OD ‘B’ Class tube with 35 x 35 X 5 and 25 x 25 x 5 angle. In case of 30 feet and 20 feet length belt conveyors steel structure will be out of 11/2” OD ‘B’ Class tube with 35 x 35 x 5 and 25 x 25 x 5 angle.

Belt

:

The Rubber Endless belt of size 600 mm width, all nylon type 315/3 with, 3 mm top and 1.5 mm bottom rubber cover. M-24 grade as per IS-1891

Idlers

:

Idler Rollers will be out of 76.2 mm OD tube with 6203 ZZ bearings permanently greased and dust proof labyrinth seal. The distance between carrying Idlers will be 610 mm and Returning Idlers will be 2500 mm. Impact Idlers will be closely spaced at feeding end. 

Drive Pulley

:

For 50 feet length 320 mm OD pipe 685 mm face width and for 30 feet and 20 feet length 270 OD pipe 685 mm face width with suitable size shaft and bearings.

For 50 feet length 270 mm OD pipe 685 mm face width and for 30 feet and 20 feet length 270 OD pipe 685 mm face width with suitable size shaft and bearings.

Tyre Wheels

:

Each conveyor will be provided with pneumatic ADV tyre wheels with suitable size axie for easy movement.
For 50 feet length - size - ADV 6.00 x 19.
For 30 feet and 20 feet length – size – ADV 5.00 x 19.

Drive Unit

:

It consists if Kirloskar / Crompton make Electric motor and Elecon / Greaves makes Reduction Gear Boxes.
50 feet length – Motor H.P.3 + SNU – 3.54” Ration 50:1.
30 feet length – Motor H.P.2 + NU – 3” Ratio 50:1.
20 feet length – Motor H.P.2 + NU – 3” Ratio 50:1.

Speed

:

Approx. speed of the conveyor belt will be about 82 feet per minute.

Capacity

:

Conveying capacity of Belt Conveying units will be about 750 to 800 bags per hour.

Side Guard

:

Each Conveyor will be provided with side guard of M.S. Plate with necessary brackets for initial guide at feeding end only.

Take Up Unit

:

Each Conveyor will be provided with screw type take up for correct adjustment of Belt tenion.     

Electricals

:

Only Electric Motor and suitable starter will be provided by us. Required switches, cables and plug points to be provided by the clients.

Painting

:

Steel structure of the conveyor will be painted with one coat of Red oxide metal primer and one coat of smoke grey paint.
